You built something worth protecting.
Stop holding it together
by hand.
Most businesses in northwest Iowa are running operations more capable than the systems behind them. Leads go dark. Follow-ups slip. Work that should happen without you ends up back on your desk. I find where that’s costing you time and money — then I fix it.
The problem usually isn’t effort. It’s the infrastructure behind it.
Most business owners I talk to are working as hard as anyone. The issue is that their operation has outgrown the systems holding it together — or those systems were never built in the first place.
Leads that go nowhere
A potential customer reaches out. Things get busy. By the time someone follows up, they’ve already gone with someone else. This happens more than anyone tracks — because nobody’s tracking it.
The owner as the bottleneck
Quoting, follow-up, scheduling, communications — somehow it all routes through you. Every week looks the same: you’re doing work that should happen without you, because there’s no system that does it reliably.
Information that lives in your head
What’s outstanding. Who’s waiting on what. Where a project stands. It’s in texts, spreadsheets, and memory. When you’re out, things stall. When you’re in, things pile up.
Growth that stalls at the owner
You could take on more — more clients, more jobs, more revenue. But every time you try, the ceiling is you. Not your market. Not your price. Your process.
I find what’s costing you time and money. Then I build the system that stops it.
I’m not a software salesman. I don’t lead with a product. I start with one conversation about how your business actually operates — where things fall through, where you’re doing work twice, where growth is stalled because it requires you personally. Then I build the system that addresses it. The tools I use are the best available right now. But the tools aren’t the point. Your operation is.
Assess
One conversation. I listen more than I talk. I want to understand your operation — where it works and where it breaks — before I recommend anything. No obligation.
Build
I design and implement the system. Usually two to six weeks depending on complexity. You know what it will look like before we start. No surprises.
Hold
I check back. I adjust. I make sure the system is running the way it’s supposed to — not hand you a tutorial and walk away. If something breaks, you call me.
Businesses that have outgrown their current systems — or never had one.
Construction & Trades
You’re good at the work. You’re not as good at the follow-up, the quoting pipeline, and the customer communication that happens between jobs. That’s the system problem — and it’s fixable.
Ag & Farm Supply Businesses
Customer relationships go back decades. Your contact records don’t. I help you build the infrastructure to manage complex, long-term relationships without it all living in one person’s head.
Professional Services
Law, accounting, appraisal — new clients come in, but lead nurturing is inconsistent. The problem isn’t clients. It’s what happens between the first inquiry and the signed engagement.
I’m from here. I’m not a consultant who flew in from Minneapolis.
I’ve spent my entire adult life in Hull and the tri-state — northwest Iowa, southeast South Dakota, southwest Minnesota. I’ve sold face-to-face in Sheldon, Orange City, and Hull. I’ve served as a church Deacon in Hull. I know what this community values, what it’s skeptical of, and how decisions actually get made here.
I’ve spent seven years building systems professionally — for my own businesses and for clients across industries. I understand what’s worth building, what’s noise, and which tools are actually doing what they promise right now.
This isn’t a pitch about technology. It’s a conversation about your business. The technology is the part I take care of. You take care of running it.

Dutch Reformed tri-state community. I’ve lived and worked here my entire adult life.
Across my own businesses and client portfolios. I know what holds and what doesn’t.
I’m not here to sell you software. I’m here to solve the problem. The tools I use happen to be excellent.
No hand-off to a tutorial. I check back. I adjust. I make sure the system runs.
I’ll tell you what I’m doing and why. If I can’t explain it clearly, I shouldn’t be building it.
One conversation. No pitch.
